    1. Acceptance of Terms
    Welcome to the MovieTheBot (“the App”), operated by Fantastic Stories (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“you,” “the user”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

    2. App Description
    The App provides personalized movie recommendations based on your inputs, preferences, and personal tastes. It also offers:

    A “movie best friend” feature that pairs you with a movie character.
    A “movie DNA” breakdown of your movie preferences, including genre tendencies, favored actors, and a visualization of your data.    
    3. Subscription and Payment
    Subscription Fee: The App is offered at a subscription fee of $3 per month.
    Billing: You will be billed monthly through the payment method you have set up with the Apple App Store.
    Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    Refunds: All payments are generally non-refundable. Any requests for refunds will be handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.
    4. License and Intellectual Property
    License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
    Intellectual Property: All content and materials available through the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content except as explicitly permitted in these Terms.
    5. User Conduct
    By using the App, you agree not to:

    Use the App for any unlawful purposes or in a way that could violate the rights of others.
    Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, including transmitting harmful code or spam.
    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any systems or networks connected to the App.
    Use the App to collect personal information of others without their consent.
    6. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App, its content, or any services provided. Specifically, we do not warrant:

    That the App will meet your expectations or be free of errors or interruptions.
    The completeness or accuracy of the movie suggestions provided.
    That the recommendations or “movie best friend” feature will satisfy your personal preferences.
    7. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
    In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using the App over the last twelve (12) months.
    8. Indemnification
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Your Company Name or Your Name], its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands resulting from or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    9. Modifications and Termination
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We may also revise or update these Terms at our discretion. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    10. Governing Law
    These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
